  • What is the status of my online order ?

You can check the tracking of your package directly on our delivery provider's platform to find out exactly where your package is.

  • Can I cancel my order online ?

We work to process your order and ship your purchases efficiently and quickly. Within 30 minutes (approximately) of receiving your order confirmation, you will still be able to cancel your order.

If you placed your order as a guest and received confirmation less than 30 minutes ago, please contact us immediately by text or email (during our opening hours) and our Customer Service team will do everything possible to process your request.

If it is no longer possible to cancel your order, unwanted items may be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

As soon as the returned item arrives in our warehouse, you will receive a return confirmation email and a full refund via the same payment method you used to place the order.

  • How can I return my online order ?

At Trust Price, customer satisfaction is our top priority. You can return your order online within 14 days of receipt (except for Made in India and personalized products). To return your order, please follow the following steps:

STEP 1:
Please contact us via email at trustprice.france@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/SMS at +33749237068 and provide details for your request.

STEP 2:
Once we have responded to you (usually within 24 hours) and if we accept the return of the products based on their condition + packaging, please proceed to step 3.

STEP 3:
Pack the items to be returned in their original packaging or in new packaging if the original packaging is no longer reusable once unpacked.

STEP 4:
Return the package following the instructions provided once you have chosen your method. The return will also be at your expense.

STEP 5:
Keep the proof of return shipment.

STEP 6:
Please allow approximately 14 business days for the return processing. Once your online return has been registered, you will receive a confirmation of your return via email, and the refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account. You can track your return package using the link provided by the carrier responsible for this process.
 

  • Can I exchange a product from my online order?

It is not possible to replace or exchange Made in India or customized products. The remaining items you do not wish to keep must be returned according to our return policy. You can place a new order online to receive the product of your choice.

  • Are international exchanges allowed?

Yes, for all returns, please contact our customer service, who will be happy to explain the process (via email or WhatsApp/SMS).

  • Can I modify the delivery address?

It's not always possible to modify the delivery address or delivery date once the package is in transit

  • How can I check the availability of a product?

If a product is available online, the 'Add to Cart' button is enabled. Otherwise, this button won't be displayed.

To check availability for cash payments, please follow these instructions :​

1) Copy the link(s) of the desired product(s)
2) Send us a SMS or WhatsApp with the copied link(s) along with your request.
3) Our team will respond to you as quickly as possible.

  • Where can I find information on the current offer?

Trust Price holds special sales throughout the year. To stay updated, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter.

  • Can my item be repaired?

If a defect is found and considered covered by the warranty, an exchange or repair will be offered.

If the damage is not covered by the warranty, we may be able to offer a repair at cost price. Please note that if no proof of purchase is provided or if an item is no longer covered by the warranty, we may still be able to offer a paid repair.

Made in India or personalized jewelry

Products made in India or personalized jewelry are sold only online, and we only accept internet returns for these. For cash payments, contact our team immediately, and we'll provide a solution to your problem. This also applies to any return of defective products. Please note that we may not be able to repair or replace the product. In such cases, we'll proceed with a full refund."
