1. GENERALITIES
1.1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as any contract or document linked herein (hereinafter referred to as 'Terms and Conditions'), apply to all orders placed on https://trustprice.fr/, the websites, and mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the 'Websites'). TRUST PRICE is the seller of the Products featured on the Websites. These sites are operated by TRUST PRICE, hereinafter referred to as 'TRUST PRICE'/'We'/'Us'/'Our'.
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any Product(s) (as defined below) on the Websites. By ordering Our Products, you signify that you agree to and abide by:

- our Websites' Terms of Use; and
- our Privacy Policy
and confirm that you are authorized to enter into a legally binding contract and are at least 18 years old. If We have reason to believe that you do not meet all the conditions mentioned in this agreement, We reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you select a delivery destination to the United Kingdom or outside the European Union, please note that the respective country's terms and conditions apply to your purchase and use of the Websites. A link to the applicable terms and conditions will be displayed on the respective country's Websites and on the final checkout page. Additionally, please note that the billing address must be in the country of the delivery location.
1.3. Amendment to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any changes will be effective upon the publication of the new Terms and Conditions on the Websites. Your contract of sale with us will be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your order of Products on the Websites.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE ORDERS
2.1. Invitation
Please note that all Products offered on the Websites are merely an invitation to purchase and do not constitute an offer or a unilateral promise of sale on Our part.
By completing the Checkout process and clicking the 'BUY NOW' button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract, but all orders you submit to us are subject to Our acceptance at Our discretion.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the following cases:
a) Unavailability of Products featured on the Websites;
b) Products for which the price has not been correctly set on the Websites;
c) Products that have not been accurately described on the Websites;
d) If We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment;
e) If you violate these Terms and Conditions;
f) If you are involved in any fraudulent or criminal activities of any kind;
g) If you are not a consumer but a commercial buyer.
If We cannot accept your order, We will inform you of this inability, stating the reason, and will not charge you for the Product.
2.2. Registration Process
a) When you place an order, you can use the “Order Without Login” function or you can register with Us. The difference between the two options is that by selecting the “Register” option, your data will be on file for your next Product order and you will not need to re-enter this information. Both options require an order form with mandatory fields (last name, first name, address, email address, telephone number). If you choose the “Register” option, We may ask you to create and use a password to access your data for the next order of Products.
If We ask you to do so, it is on the strict condition that you are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your password at all times. You undertake to comply with all security instructions and/or recommendations that We give you and to inform Us immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your password or if your password becomes known from an unauthorized party.
Without prejudice to Our other rights and remedies, We may suspend all access to the Websites, without liability to you, if this action is necessary to safeguard the Websites.
You agree that the content you provide when you register on the Websites is not misleading and is true, accurate and complete in all respects and that you will report Our Customer Service by email to address trustprice.france@gmail.com of any change in this information.
b) In the event that prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Websites to fail, your selection of Products may be lost. If this is the case, you will need to re-enter your selection. Please note that Products in your shopping cart and on your wishlist are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers and/or removed from your shopping cart.
2.3. Order steps
No binding purchase contract is formed until we accept your order, as set forth in Section 2.3(g) below.
You agree that once you have clicked on the “BUY NOW” button, your orders on the Websites are binding offers which oblige you to purchase from Us the Products listed in your basket on the basis of these T&Cs (below “Product” or “Products”).
Steps until your order is accepted:
After choosing and placing a Product in your basket, you are directed to the payment and final settlement page (hereinafter referred to as “Final Settlement”). After selecting a payment and delivery method, you will be able to activate the “BUY NOW” button at the end of the Final Checkout process. By clicking on the “BUY NOW” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
b) Before submitting your offer, you will have the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price of your order, correct any entry errors and choose payment and delivery methods.
c) Item availability, pricing and delivery options may vary depending on delivery destination.
d) Variations in the manufacturing processes that We use as well as the display properties of the computer equipment you use to view the Websites may influence the color of the Products displayed on the Websites and the Products delivered to you may appear minor differences from those shown on screen. We may also make minor changes to the Products to reflect changes in applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
We do not accept orders where the delivery address you provide to us is that of an entity or person providing freight forwarding services. In the event that We accept any order and We later discover that the delivery address for that order is that of an entity or person providing freight forwarding services, We are entitled to cancel this order after having informed you by e-mail or telephone.
f) Once you have submitted an order to Us, you will receive an order confirmation email with your billing and shipping addresses, order number, details of the Products chosen by you, final price and method shipping. This email is not an acceptance of your offer/order, but only a confirmation that We have received your order.
g) Acceptance of your offer/order and conclusion of a purchase contract is indicated by the following:
(a) an email confirming that the Products ordered have been sent; Or
(b) if you have selected the “Click & Collect” – if this service is available - (as described in section 3.3.), We will send you an email confirming that the Products have been sent to the Click & Collect Trust Price concerned and can be withdrawn within seven (7) days from and including the date of the confirmation email; Or
When you come to collect the Products you purchased via “Click & Collect”, we may ask you to bring to the Click & Collect photographic proof of your identity (for example: passport or identity card) as well as the payment card used to place the order (if applicable).
If you have changed your mind after purchasing the Product(s), please see section 7 for your rights to return the Product and receive a refund.
Please note that the option of collecting the Products from a Click & Collection is only possible in France and precisely in Ile-de-France. The list of Click & Collect providing this service will be communicated to you during the ordering process.
Please note that once your order has been submitted, We cannot modify or cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Our Customer Service via email. trustprice.france@gmail.com.
3. AVAILABILITY
3.1. General availability
The Products are only available while they are in stock. The available stock level indicated is updated regularly, but it does not guarantee that the Product ordered will be available when you go to the Click & Collection concerned (if the option you have chosen allows it). We reserve the right to modify without notice and at any time the Products offered for sale on the Websites (but these changes do not apply to the Products for which you have placed an order). We also reserve the right to limit, if there is a legitimate reason, the number of Products that can be sold to you.
In the unlikely event that the Products you have ordered are not available, We will notify you during the ordering process and you will be refunded via the payment method used to purchase the Product(s).
We are not responsible if certain Products are not in stock or are unavailable.
3.2. Click & Collect
We may offer you the option (if applicable in your country) to purchase a Product online and collect it from the Click & Designated collection. If the order has not been collected within seven (7) days of sending Our confirmation email in accordance with section 2.3(g)(b), We will assume that you do not want to proceed, we will cancel the order and section 7.2 will apply.
4. ADDITIONAL PRICES AND COSTS
4.1. Product prices
All Product prices on the Websites are the prices of the Products only. They include VAT (and other sales taxes), but they do not include the cost of delivery (if applicable). Please see our information on Shipping Options and Times, Expected Delivery Dates and Non-Shipping Regions.
The total price of your order, including all incidental and delivery charges, will be indicated at the end of the Final Checkout process. By confirming the order, you affirm that you agree on the price of the order and in particular on that of the Products. The price cannot be adjusted after the Final Settlement process has been completed.
Please note the following: Please note the following: All orders are placed with TRUST PRICE FRANCE, which is a French entity. If your credit/debit card or other payment method transactions are not denominated in the currency of purchase, the final price will be charged in the currency of your card. Your card issuer calculates and charges these fees. TRUST PRICE has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your issuing bank for more information before placing your order.
4.2. Pricing error
Please note that if the correct price of a Product is lower than the price set on the Websites, subject to Our right to refuse an order under these General Terms and Conditions, We will charge the lower amount and send you the Product.
If the correct price for a Product is higher than the price set on the Websites, We will contact you, at our discretion, to ask for your instructions before accepting your order. If We accept and process your order when the pricing error is flagrant and unequivocal and can reasonably be recognized by you as an error in pricing, We may end the contract, refund you the amount you have paid and demand the return of any Products delivered to you.
4.3. Price change
We may change the prices of products listed on the Websites without notice at any time, but such changes do not apply to the Products for which you have placed an order.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
5.1. Total price
The total price of your order will be the purchase price of the Product(s) you have chosen including VAT and any additional costs (e.g. delivery charges, etc.). For more information, see Shipping Options and Times, Expected Delivery Dates and Non-Shipping Regions.
The total price of the Products ordered is due when you place your order via the Websites.
5.2. payment methods
Payment can be made by the following means:
a) Credit/debit card
If you pay by credit/debit card (by entering your payment details on the Websites of the respective payment provider), We reserve the right to validate the name, address and other personal information you have provided during the ordering process and compare them with relevant third-party databases. By providing your payment details, you consent to these checks being carried out. Please note that we only do this to confirm your identity, not to carry out a credit check and your credit rating will not be affected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and Our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that the credit/debit card you are using is yours and that all details you provide to Us on such payment method, including without limitation, your name and address are complete, correct and accurate . You further confirm that the credit/debit card is valid and the payment terms entered are correct. If the institution that issued the credit card refuses payment authorization to Us, We will not accept the order and We will not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivery and We will not be obligated to inform you of the reason for this refusal.
We are not responsible for any fees or other amounts that may be applied by your card issuer or bank resulting from Us processing your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
If your credit/debit card transactions are not denominated in the currency of your purchase indicated on the Websites, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. This final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank and We are therefore not responsible for any costs, expenses, fees or other liabilities incurred or borne by you, as a result of your card issuer charging you a currency different from that of your purchase as displayed on the Websites.
b) PayPal
If you pay using PayPal, the PayPal Privacy Policy available on the PayPal website also applies. This policy sets out how PayPal collects, stores, processes, shares and transfers your personal data when you use its services.
c) Other payment methods
You will be able to see the different payment methods that We offer you on the Final Settlement page where you can choose a payment method available in your country. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at Our discretion. You may settle Our payment requests only using uncontested or final claims and without appeal.
5.3. Speed
Depending on the payment method chosen, the following solutions are available to you: -
a) We may pre-authorize funds (with relevant delivery charges) immediately upon ordering on your credit card (unless you have chosen the "Expected Delivery Date" option) after the placing your order and billing you for the Products purchased if they have been sent to you;
b) We may invoice you immediately for the Products (with the corresponding delivery costs);
c) if you chose the “Click & Collect”, We may invoice you for the Products (with the corresponding delivery costs) after they have been sent to the Click & Collect Trust Price concerned;
unless We inform you that for certain Products, payment will be made in advance when you place your order or shortly after you place your order.
5.4. Payment Terms
For your security, the billing name and address must match that of the credit card or other method used for payment. Any Alipay or PayPal account used must be in the name shown on your government-issued ID. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this condition or our other security criteria.
5.5. Currency
We accept payments in the currency of the country of the selected delivery destination. For more information, see Shipping Options and Times, Delivery Dates and Free Shipping Regions.
If your credit/debit card transactions or payment methods are not denominated in the currency of your purchase indicated on the Websites, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. This final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider so We are not responsible for any costs, expenses, fees or other liabilities incurred or borne by you arising out of that your card issuer or payment method provider charges you in a currency different from that of your purchase as it appears on the Websites.
6. DELIVERY AND RESERVATION OF TITLE
6.1. Delivery
In the final checkout process, you can select your preferred payment method even if it differs from those offered with the chosen delivery address. We will endeavor to ship your order in accordance with the estimated delivery time as specified in the Shipping Options and Times, Expected Delivery Dates and Non-Delivery Regions or otherwise defined in the Final Checkout process at the time. of your order placement.
The Products ordered will be delivered to the delivery address that you indicate in Our delivery service contract. Please ensure that you provide a correct and valid delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Please note that changes to delivery addresses are not permitted once an order has been placed.
If Our supply of Products is delayed by an event outside Our control, We will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and We will take steps to minimize the effects of the delay. If we are required to take these steps, We will not be liable for any delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of significant delay, you can contact Us to end the contract and receive a refund for any Products whatever you paid for and did not receive.
If you have requested to collect the Products from one of Our Click & Collect, you can collect them from Us at any time during opening hours. Please note that We can deliver to hotels and PO boxes.
Upon receipt of the package, it is obligatory to check whether the contents of the package are complete.
We will aim to deliver the Products at a specific time if you have requested this, but We cannot make any binding promise on this point.
6.2. Reservation of title
The Products remain Our property until full payment of the purchase price.
Upon receipt of the Product, you are responsible for any risk of damage or loss of the Product. If you choose the Click & Collect (where possible), you will be responsible for any risk of damage or loss of the Products at the time of collection of the Products from the Click & Collect Trust Price designated.
Please note that, within the limits of applicable law in force, any resale or commercial distribution of Our Products sold on the Websites is strictly prohibited.
7. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
7.1. Cancellation process
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the sales contract you have concluded with Us within 15 days of receipt of your Products, without giving reason.
Your right to cancel begins on the date the order is placed and ends 15 days after the date you receive your order (hereinafter referred to as the “Cancellation Deadline”). You must return the Product(s) within 15 days after the Cancellation Deadline.
Please note that it is not possible to return Personalized Products or piercing jewelry for hygiene and safety reasons. This clause does not affect your legal rights.

For cash purchases, please return the Product to the Click & Collect from which you ordered it.
To meet the Cancellation Deadline, simply send a message canceling an order (by email, letter or SMS) before the Cancellation Deadline expires. You can use the cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
b) Place the item(s) in the original shipping box/bag. You must make every effort to return the Products in their original condition with their original packaging and the return slip must be attached to the Products.
c) Remove all other labels from the outside of the box.
d) Stick the returns label (this does not apply to cash purchases. Please send the return package to the address above) to the outside of the box and close the package securely.

7.2. Effects of cancellation
a) We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by Us (e.g. if you have chosen to have the Product delivered to you at a higher cost, We will not will refund what you would have paid for the cheapest type of standard delivery offered).
b) We will refund you with the same payment method as the original transaction; you will not incur any costs resulting from this reimbursement in any case.
c) We will refund you within fourteen (15) days from the date on which We are informed of your cancellation or, if earlier, the day on which We receive the returned Product(s) from you ( s) or that you have provided Us with proof that you have returned this Product(s) to Us.
d) If you have paid any duties or taxes directly to the relevant authorities for the importation of the Products you wish to return, We accept no liability for any request for reimbursement of such duties or taxes
e) We may reduce the refund (with the exception of delivery costs) if the Product(s) have/have been damaged following improper handling on your part. If We refund you the price paid before We are able to inspect the Product(s) and subsequently discover that you have handled it(s) in an unacceptable manner, you must pay Us a appropriate amount.
f) Please keep your delivery notice until reimbursement is obtained.
g) If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than the local currency, any refund will be made in the currency of purchase. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the amount refunded may be more or less than the price originally paid.
h) Vouchers and personalized Products generally cannot be replaced or returned.
i) It is currently not possible to return Products purchased in cash at Click & Collection via the Websites.
j) Please note that if you decide to return only part of an order that was paid for with a discount offer or promotion, the discount offer or promotion will be recalculated.
k) If you decide to return only part of an order that was paid for through the application of a discount offer or promotion, the minimum purchase amount corresponding to the offer will be applied to the amount refunded, the value of the discount will be adjusted accordingly and only the amount corresponding to the returned item will be refunded. If the returned items represent a total remaining below the minimum purchase level of the offer, the discount will be deducted from the amount refunded.
For example, a 10% discount (with a minimum purchase amount of 100 Euros) will be deducted if the returned product(s) represent a total value less than 100 Euros. In the event of a promotion with installment payments, the lowest amount will always be refunded.
Concerning items put together in a single box (“normal set”): if you wish to return one of these items (whatever it is), you will have to return all the items in this “normal set”. Trust Price will refuse any return of one or more items from this “normal set”, and will therefore only accept the return of the complete “normal set”.
Concerning bundles of sets for which you benefit from a promotion or discount on one or more items (for example: 10% discount on each item if you buy 3, or savings for each product indicated), you can return any item purchased separately. But if you decide to return an item (whatever it is) from a set that is part of a lot, please take into account that Trust Price will have to readjust the promotional price, i.e. bill you at the normal price for the items. other items you purchased as part of this bundle. Trust Price will therefore deduct from the amount to be refunded to you [discount price paid for the item(s) in the lot that you returned] the difference between the normal price and the discount price of the remaining items in the lot, i.e. those not returned.
8. WARRANTY
We warrant that the Products are of merchantable quality and are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use. We do not provide any additional guarantees.
The warranty period is two years after receipt of the Product(s).
This warranty does not cover damage to Products caused by accident, misuse or abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow Product care instructions.
In the unlikely event that defects or non-conformities are noted on your Product(s) before the expiry of this warranty, please contact trustprice.france@gmail.com customer service. We will ask for proof of purchase (e.g. purchase or gift receipt), please make sure you keep this in a safe place. You will have the choice between receiving a replacement Product, if one exists, or obtaining a full refund.

9. RESPONSIBILITY
EXPANDED PRODUCERS:
Trust Price is liable to you only in the case of direct damage caused by Us or Our products and foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract. We cannot be held responsible for the following damages:
- any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of revenue, data, actual or anticipated profits, contracts, business, opportunity or anticipated savings); Or
- any damage to customers or reputation; Or
- any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered or incurred by you resulting from or in connection with these T&Cs.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to Our Privacy Policy if you would like to receive more information about how We use cookies, the type of information We collect, how and for what purposes We use your information and under what circumstances We disclose these informations. Our Privacy Policy (including information on the use of cookies) is included in and forms part of these General Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, when you use PayPal as a payment method, your personal data will be processed in accordance with PayPal's privacy policy (please refer to section 5.2 points (b) and (c)).
11. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
11.1. We may transfer this contract to another person
We may transfer Our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another Trust Price legal entity or to a third party with whom We have a legal relationship. We will always ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights under these General Terms and Conditions.
11.2. You need Our consent to transfer your rights to another person
You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these General Terms and Conditions to another person with Our written authorization.
11.3. No other person has any rights to these General Terms and Conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions are concluded between you and Us. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of these provisions.
11.4. If a court finds that certain parts of these T&Cs are illegal, the other parts will remain in force.
Each section of these General Terms and Conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of these sections is unlawful, the other sections will remain in full force and effect.
11.5. Even if We delay in applying these T&Cs, We can assert our rights at a later date
If We do not immediately insist on the obligations and prohibitions imposed on you hereby
T&Cs, or If we delay in taking action against you following a breach by you of these T&Cs, this does not mean that you do not have these obligations or these prohibitions and it will not prevent Us from taking action against you at a later date. .
11.6. Intellectual property rights
The Trust Price Group, or a relevant third party owner, retains all right, title and interest (including copyright, design, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights) in all materials used on the Websites, including, without limitation, text, names, product designs, logos, images, graphics, videos and other works of art (hereinafter “Content”). Nothing contained on the Websites should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Content displayed on the Websites.
You may freely browse the Content of the Websites, but you are only authorized to download, view or use such Content from the Websites for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that the Content and all copyright or other notices ownership remains unchanged. In addition, we ask that you add the following note on this type of reproduction: © Trust Price. All rights reserved.
In addition to the permission above, you may not modify, adapt, reproduce or change the Websites or their Content or incorporate the Websites or their content into any other website, online, on a similar platform or tool. Any commercial use is prohibited without the prior written permission of Trust Price.
11.7. Law applicable to these General Terms and Conditions and competent place to initiate legal proceedings
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer in the country in which you are located.
11.8. Online dispute resolution for customers
The customer residing in Europe should be aware that the European Commission has set up an online platform for alternative dispute resolution which provides an amicable method for resolving any dispute linked to or arising from online sales and service contracts. Accordingly, if you are a European customer, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from an online contract that you have concluded with the Owner.
11.9. Export control and sanctions
Trust Price will examine the customer's personal data in accordance with export control regulations as well as the corresponding sanctions lists. This review will take place each time the sanctions list is updated. The client hereby certifies that its current professional relationship with Trust Price will not benefit in any way, directly or indirectly, any natural or legal person, designated on a corresponding sanctions list, in particular the “Consolidated List of persons, groups and entities” on which the EU has imposed financial sanctions and the “List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (“SDN”)” - of the U.S OFAC.
A contract concluded between the customer and Trust Price will only take effect if the examinations carried out by Trust Price in accordance with the regulations on export controls and corresponding sanctions do not result in a report. In the event of a breach of this clause or of any trade laws, export control regulations and sanctions, including if an investigation by Trust Price results in a report, no contract will come into force and Trust Price will have no obligation to accept any order, deliver the goods contained in that order or provide compensation. Trust Price cannot be held liable for compensation linked to non-performance of the contract. Pending orders will be canceled immediately. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Trust Price may block any delivery of goods if export control regulations and trade restrictions so require. Any compensation for non-performance of the contract is excluded.
11.10. Special terms and conditions for Made in India products
Trust Price may, from time to time, offer a limited and exclusive selection of products manufactured by B2B customers of Trust Price. Please note that the following special conditions apply:
- Delivery options, regions and times may vary from our standards and will be clarified during the checkout process for your order.
- Made in India products are sold online only , we only accept internet returns. This also applies to any returns of defective products. Please note that we may not be able to repair or replace the product. In this case, we will issue a full refund.
- Click & Collect, Click & Reserve and 'Buy online and collect in store' will not be available for Made in India products.
- Promotions, vouchers and discounts are not applicable to Made in India products and cannot be used for these.
