• How can I return my online order?

At Trust Price, customer satisfaction is our top priority. You can return your order online within 14 days of receipt (except for personalized products). To return your order, please follow the following steps:

STEP 1:
Please contact us via email at trustprice.france@gmail.com or via WhatsApp/SMS at +33749237068 and provide details for your request.

STEP 2:
Once we have responded to you (usually within 24 hours) and if we accept the return of the products based on their condition + packaging, please proceed to step 3.

STEP 3:
Pack the items to be returned in their original packaging or in new packaging if the original packaging is no longer reusable once unpacked.

STEP 4:
Return the package following the instructions provided once you have chosen your method. The return will also be at your expense.

STEP 5:
Keep the proof of return shipment.

STEP 6:
Please allow approximately 14 business days for return processing. Once your online return has been registered, you will receive a confirmation of your return via email, and the refund will be processed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account. You can track your return package using the link provided by the carrier responsible for this process.

• Can I return sale items?

Our Returns Policy covers all items (except for personalized products), including those on promotion or sales.

• Return of assortments and sets

For items offered in a single package (“Normal Set”), you will need to return all items that are part of the Normal Set if you wish to return one of its items. Trust Price does not accept returns of individual items from a normal set and will only accept returns of complete normal sets.

For promotional bundle sets, for which you benefit from a promotion or discount due to the purchase of one or more items (eg: purchase 3 items to get 10% off each item), or where discounts for each product are indicated, you may return any of the items purchased separately. However, if you return a single item from the bundle purchased in a bundle, please note that Trust Price will adjust the promotional price accordingly and charge you at the regular price for the items you keep and purchased at the bundle price. bundle offer.
