vii. be likely to harass, shame, upset, alarm or irritate any other person;

viii. be used to impersonate another person or to misrepresent your identity or your relationship with another person;

ix. give the impression that the contribution comes from Us, when this is not the case; And

x. advocate, promote or assist in the commission of an illegal act.

You must comply with the spirit and letter of the Content Policy above. This Content Policy applies to each part of any Contribution and to the entirety of any Contribution. You represent and warrant that any contribution you make will comply with this Content Policy and you will be liable to Us and will indemnify Us for any breach of this provision. This means that you are responsible for any loss or damage that We suffer as a result of your breach of this clause.

Any content you upload to the Websites will be considered non-confidential and non-private. b) acknowledge and agree that you are required to grant Us and third parties a license to use each of your Submissions without any compensation, as described in paragraph 9;
c) represent and certify that each of your Submissions complies with the Content Policy;
d) represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, licenses and authorizations to use each Proposal and that Trust Price's use of any Proposal will not infringe any rights of any third party, in particular no intellectual property rights nor any right of publicity or right to privacy;
e) acknowledge and agree that We have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that a Submission violates their rights, such as their intellectual property rights, their rights of publicity or their rights to privacy;
f) acknowledge and agree that We have no obligation to use your Submissions. However, to the extent We choose to do so, you hereby represent and certify that We may use any Submission without restriction for any purpose, including reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, radio transmission or sending by mail and that, to the extent permitted by applicable law in force, you waive any claim based on the violation of your rights, including copyright rights, trademark rights, moral rights, rights of privacy, property rights or other patent rights, rights of publicity or rights to attribution of materials or ideas , arising from the use of this Submission; And
g) you acknowledge and agree that We have broad access to ideas, concepts or other materials and that new ideas are constantly submitted to Us or are developed by Our own employees. You will be liable to Us and will indemnify Us for any breach of the terms set out in this paragraph 8. This means that you are responsible for any loss or damage that We may suffer as a result of your breach of this clause.

9. License Fees

When you upload content to or otherwise contribute to the Websites or send feedback or Submissions to Us (together “Your Materials”), you grant to Us and (if applicable) to other users of the Websites and third parties a perpetual, worldwide, non -exclusive, royalty-free and transferable license to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, license, mail, sell, translate, include, create derivative products, exploit, broadcast or communicate to the public and otherwise use Your Materials in any media, existing or future, worldwide and in perpetuity (or the maximum period permitted by applicable law), without you grant no compensation or credit.
